How a package is read

When the opening is difficult, the supply path has to be clear.

These pictures show the kind of opening a partner brings. They are not a list of finished Aurinex jobs, and they do not carry areas, lead times or certificates. What you can check is the reading: climate, what repeats, how it is packed, and who keeps the client.

Anonymous coastal residence with large aluminium openings
The kind of opening: the view, the weather and the crate have to be read together.
A coastal house with large aluminium openings

01 Coastal climate

Salt and wind change the specification

A house like this is read as one residential package: the large sliders and the repeated casements. The coast changes the coating, the track and the water line. Those are written on the quote, not assumed from the picture.

What repeats

The slider and the casement are two types. Quantity is the count on the drawing.

What has to be agreed

Finish, hardware rating and water performance follow the site. A destination certificate is named only when the project requires it.

How it is packed

Numbered crates, so the local team can unload in the order they install. The client stays with the local partner.

A tower elevation of repeating windows

02 A repeating floor

Supply follows the floor plan

On a tower, the question is which opening repeats, and in what heat, dust or wind. Glass, seals and the release sequence are set from the typical floor, then shipped by phase.

What repeats

One or two opening types per floor. The first phase is priced before the rest of the elevation.

What has to be agreed

Glass makeup and seals are confirmed for that city. They are not copied from another project.

How it is packed

Crates go by phase, labelled to the floor, so the site is not holding the whole order.

A hotel front with tall glazed openings

03 A large sash

A tall opening is a delivery problem

Once the leaf is large, the job is drainage, hardware, lifting and the order a local team can install. The plant packs for that sequence. Installation stays local.

What repeats

One guest-room opening, counted by the number of keys. The entrance is a separate type.

What has to be agreed

Sash weight, track and hardware are confirmed against the opening size before production.

How it is packed

Tall leaves travel protected and labelled for the site team. Who lifts them is agreed before the quote is closed.

An office elevation used as a production list

04 An elevation

The elevation becomes the production list

A curtain wall is won or lost between the drawing, the cutting list, the crates and the local installer. The elevation is the organising language. The local firm keeps the contract.

What repeats

Bays and louvres are counted from the elevation, not from a catalogue page.

What has to be agreed

Water, wind and acoustic performance are the local code for that site, written into the specification.

How it is packed

Kits are labelled by elevation for the installer on the ground.

What a partner can see

A project is more than a product choice.

01

The opening is read in context: climate, use, dimensions, glass, hardware and the local code that matters.

02

The supply is organised as a package: repeated types, phase quantities, labels, crates and the information the local team needs.

03

The local relationship stays with the local party. Manufacturing depth is there to make the opportunity possible, not to take the customer away.
