Outline of each Homes product line. Quantities and prices are stated on the project quotation.

Garden rooms

System: Insulated modular garden volumes + aluminium framing
Glass: Performance IGU specified. Factory-glazed preferred for modules — stated on quote
Use: Partner-defined: office / wellness / studio shells
Deliverables: Install guide, fixing points, electrical stub notes where applicable
Local: Planning, foundations, install — local by default unless contracted

View garden rooms

System: Insulated modular volumes + aluminium framing; solid walls with controlled openings
Glass: Performance IGU specified. Local supply or factory-glazed — stated on quote
Local scope: Foundations, crane, seals; planning already cleared by client

View extra rooms

System: Thermal-break aluminium openings and cladding modules. Solar glass when the drawing asks for it.
Note: A whole-house volume is quoted only after the shell supply for that market is confirmed in writing. Foundations, services and the interior stay local.

System: Made-to-measure stair & balustrade systems
Model: Custom order — not bulk warehouse SKUs
From the plant: Hardwood and aluminium profiles: treads, handrail, posts, rods, beam, and the floor channel. Cut to this order.
Not in the crate: Safety glass, local installation, and sign-off against the local stair code.
Send: The plan or photos, the rise and the going, and whether the treads stay.
Lead time: Written after the drawing and the scope of this order are agreed. This page does not fix a number of days.

How the parts meet

The oak handrail is on top. It runs from the first step to the top of the flight.
One infill: black aluminium posts and rods, or a full pane of glass.
Glass sits in the aluminium channel at the floor. Posts land on the tread or the beam.

This is the assembly, not a shop drawing. Rise, going, guard height and openings follow the local code. No single millimetre is published here.
